I missed a class. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Inform your instructor at Street Dance, they will help you book in your catch up class within the week. 
 
Unless extra availbilities are given by the instuctor for your batch, you can only book in one catch up class for each month.

Question 4

I missed my catch up class. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

If you had notified the instructor prior to your catch up class, it can be rescehduled. However, if you have not notified that you will miss your catch up class, there will be no resechduled catch up classes.

Question 5

I don't want images or videos posted of my child on social media.

Accepted Answer

We can assure you Street Dance will not post or respost if you have notified Street Dance that you will not like to share material online. However, if your child is performing, you have to give permission for the event and Street dance to post and repost images from the event.

When are the fees due?

Fees are taken at the last week of each month for a regular class. 
For workshops, they are taken on the day of the workshop. 
 
No concessions or discounts given.

Question 7

Do we get a discount on costume rent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, discount vouchers will be given to students from REGULAR CLASSES only, on their next costume hire. 
 
They will receive a discount if they are a regular performer.

Question 8

Are you still conducting classes amdist Covid-19?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are still conducting classes, just delivered online. 
You will also gain additional instructional videos, along side your recording of what we learn during class.
